(As decided upon by me, Adalia and Lucinda, we needed an introduction OOC thread.)

Since there's tons of people from all kinds of RPing backgrounds here, I wanted/desperately felt the need/was interested in creating an OOC thread where people just kind of say who they are, how they got here, why they act so weird/calm, etc. So I'll start...

(Pointless Self-Pimping)
I don't really want to reveal my real name, but I've become fairly well known as Bebe online. I come from the Rypay Secret Love Empire, where I'm playing Bebe Tenko (the East High gangster) and Marco Ventura (the East High jerkwad) on Rypay Secret Love, Largo Mitsumeteitai (the Boston MPD psychopath) on the Suite Life RPG, and Jason Dolley on the HSM All-Stars board. (Yeah, this is my first HP RP.) I joined here because I noticed my favorite HP character of ALL TIME, George Weasley, was open, and had to take advantage of the opportunity. (Thanks Brendan for reserving him. ) Contrary to popular belief, I'm female, although most of my RP chars are male.

I guess I'm best known for liking the Spice Girls, writing DexDark slash for Dexter's Lab, stealing cookies from and smacking Pax (don't ask... *sweat drop*), and my very odd sense of humor. Blame Penny Arcade.

So, hi everyone. I already like most everyone I've talked to (yes, even you, Lucius), so I'm sure I'll continue to have fun here.

Yes, the three of us decided that it would be not only good, but beneficial, if we got a thread like this going on so we could get to know each other a little better. You don't need to post anything extremely personal, if you do not wish to. This is only as an introduction.

I, personally, never reveal any personal information on rp sites.
So, if you are like me, it is alright not to.
I will say that I have played this character, Lucinda Chaplin, for the other Harry Potter rp sites that I have joined.
It has only been this particular site that I have been able to get extremely active with her.

I do not believe in the whole Character Relationships thing.
Therefore, I never post one.
Relationships are supposed to be built by rping in threads with different people.
Things are more natural that way, like in the real world.

I am not a fan of any conversations related to sex
(particularly on an rp site)
Nor anything that refers to that vulgar manner.
I just quit a site for them talking about it.
I find it very immature and I don't tolerate it.
I don't mean to sound like a b****, and excuse me if I do.
I am just expressing my strong opposition to the subject.

If you want me to make a personal thread with you, just ask.
Or if you want me to join a thread of yours, just say so.

Well what can I say... I think this is a great way to get to know each other beside Rping of course.

Unlike George and Lucinda I have used the relationship thread before and it's a hit or miss thing. Post or don't Rping with someone also helps build up a repore with others.

Well me, Addy isn't my real name and if you really want to know it then just pm and I may tell you (I hate my real name and the nicknames that go with it).
Like Lucinda if you want to pm or rp with me then just say so and I will join... I may be crazy but that is because I'm always on coffee.

I have been on a few sites that isn't Harry potter but I've always come back to these types of sites. Sadly this is the first site I've joined in over three months and if I mess up please forgive me as I'm rusty and trying to get back in the swing of things.

I've been RPing for about a year and a half.

I've played Zoe Black and all the HP one's except Hogwarts Beginnings.
This is, really, he first site where Zoe has been such a high ranking member (Order Co-leader, Dragonology teacher, Gryffindor Staff and me, graphics designer)
She's normally just a teacher
I like to RP a lot and all of my RP's are open to anyone.
(Note to Lucius: Zoe doesn't like you, so she'll have a dig at you whenever possible, but it's nothing personal same for Bellatrix and Andrea)
I'm into fantasy quite a lot;
HP, Eragon, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, InuYasha...
And I'm also into Anime and Japan (reason is obvious to some people, Lyn, again ) quite a lot.

I also like to write, I write a lot of fan fictions (most taking place around Sirius).

So that's really all I can say without revealing too much information about myself.

Hi, I'm Netta (again not my actual name).
Sometimes I think the relationships thing works, other times it doesn't. I've mainly used mine on other sites after I've RPed with someone to remember who I'm friendly with etc as I'm pretty forgetful about these things.

I'm on loads of RP sites. I've played Netta before on two other of Brendan's HP sites, doing basically the same thing (although here it's a bit less as there are more than two teachers.). I'm mostly on HP sites, as well as several original plot sites, one HSM site (Brendan asked if I would join) and several general chat ones.

PM me if you want to RP. I'm nearly always likely to say "yes."

I love reading (mostly fantasy and historical fiction). I love histry and science and I play the clarinet (not that well).

Hi there!

I'm Kathie, and this is more a less my real name (because my name means indeed, translated to english, Kathie).
I've been rp since about...1 month. ;D (not too much experience, I know) and I discovered this rp forum through Lyn.

These are the sites I've been rp lately:

Blessed (Lyn's rp site about charmed)
St. Olympus

There is, however, other site I visit lately, for those who really love Eragon, and that I recommend: The Inheritances (other Lyn's site )

I love fantasy, specially: HP and The inheritance cycle (or Eragon if we prefer to call it like this).

I also do love to write fan fictions, usually about the HP world, though I will begin soon my Eragon based FF.

I guess it's everything by now ;D If you want to rp with me, just send a PM and I will glad to do that. I just want to have fun and continue practicing my english skills (that are still a little poor).
